Encyclopedia update

- Made a revamp to the fish AI, they now somewhat interact with each other by avoiding fish that are higher in the food chain, as well as the player. Planning to expand further on this in the future

- Added an encyclopedia where the player can see information about the fish they have scanned (bottom right is just a black square because we only have 11 fish right now)
